Tonight we carved our pumpkins with my sister and her hubby. We had a lot of fun. We looked online for some ideas, but ended up creating our own stuff. Brooklyn and Kenzie did little handprints with their name on the back, Lou did a cat with some cool carvings, Ben did a scary face, Tom helped with everyone and is waiting for the perfect idea for his very large pumpkin, and I did a spider to match the theme of my house. Yes, I decorated the front yard with lights and such...very fun. Anyhow, poor Kenzie likes to go to bed early so it was just us, Brooklyn, and the Birds to decorate pumpkins. Brooklyn was really cute...she dug right in and got her hands dirty, but when her hands were clean and she was touching the finished pumpkins she didn't like that so much. funny kid. Another fun evening with family.
Brooklyn was so funny. She saw me set up the camera to get ready to take some pictures and she climbed right up and started posing. She even knew which pumpkin was hers. Honestly, we didn't pose her or anything. What a goofball.

Ben was soooo good with the girls. While we carved away he read books to the girls.
Brooklyn kept FILLING the pumpkins back up with seeds. She just went through the carvings. :)

Great pictures! Brooklyn really was a goof with all of the pictures at the end, what a posing princess! And you say that Brooklyn and I are creatures from the grinch....well you ARE our mother and our sister:)
