We may be small, but we're strong and smart...

Exciting news: Kenzie got on her knees 2 days ago and just last night she stood up in her crib and held on to the front bars. We were videotaping the girls playing in Kenzie's crib and then she just did it....so we have it on video!!! So, last night, Tom lowered the crib. This morning we found her standing up again in her crib. Is Kenzie getting more mobile on her own or she learning it for her own defense? I think we all know the answer to that. Speaking of Brooklyn...:) she is so funny with the Christmas decorations. She touched the nutcrackers and they fell over. It kind of scared her so now all she does is pet their beards and then look at them. She also points at the tree if the lights aren't on. After the lights are on she just talks and talks like she is explaining what the ornaments are etc. We also have a tree skirt under the tree and it keeps mysteriously disappearing into Brooklyn's room. I thought I was sooo good by making all the decorations on the tree away from her reach. Well, she is one smart little girl. She pushed her toy bucket over to the tree, climbed in, and helped herself to an ornament. She wins. I just can't outsmart this girl. One more bit of good news...Brooklyn had her VCUG test done to see if she still had reflux into her kidney. Well, no official news, but the Dr. said that he didn't see it there anymore. So, it looks like the year of meds of careful watch paid off.
